We turn company records into training datasets.
AI has read the public internet. It has not seen how work actually gets done inside a company: how a request becomes a ticket, a ticket becomes a fix, and a fix becomes an invoice. That record exists only inside companies. We acquire it, de-identify it, and build it into datasets AI developers use to train and test systems that do real work.
Who we work with
KetData licenses the records directly and pays the company. Whoever signs for the company deals with us and nobody else.
Trading companies
Established companies with years of records in their tools. You keep ownership and keep working; we pay for a licence.
Winding down
Companies planning to close. A licence turns records that would be deleted into money before the workspace goes.
Closed companies
If the workspace is still accessible, the records can still be licensed. The person who now controls them signs.
Administrators and liquidators
You sign for the company under your appointment. KetData pays the estate a fixed price, with nothing to manage.
Restructuring advisers
Advising a company in difficulty? Introduce us. The company grants the licence and is paid by KetData directly.
Others who can sign or introduce
- Directors closing a company themselves. A director can sign for a solvent shutdown.
- Trustees and new owners of a company's assets. If the business or its systems were sold, the new owner may now control the records.
- Secured lenders. Where a lender holds security, its consent letter is part of the deal; it does not become a party to the price.
The records your teams already keep.
If your people worked in a system every day, its history probably has value. Records that link together are worth most: an email that became a ticket, a ticket that became a code change, a change that was invoiced.

Sector and in-house systems count too, such as ERP, CAD or warehouse software.
The value is in the reasoning, not the volume.
AI learns most from records that show people working a problem out: a request that was misunderstood, discussed and finally solved; a quote that two colleagues disagreed on and agreed; a bug that took three attempts to fix. That messy middle is what can't be manufactured, and it builds up in every established company year after year.

A short call and a checklist of tools, dates and sizes. Counts and admin screens only. We reply with an indicative range in writing.
Agree the terms.
We review redacted screenshots, then make a written offer.
We acquire the licence and build the dataset.
Records are extracted once, read-only, and de-identified to GDPR standards by our specialist de-identification partner before any AI developer sees them. Nothing in your systems is changed.
Get paid.
On completion. Raw copies are deleted, with a signed certificate.
Identifying details come out. The useful work stays.
People and contact details are replaced with consistent placeholders, so the record still makes sense. Sensitive categories are excluded and never extracted. Every licence forbids any attempt to re-identify anyone.
Read-only, extracted once
Records are extracted once, read-only. Nothing in your systems is changed or deleted.
De-identified to our standard
Identifying details are removed to GDPR standards before any AI developer sees the records. Raw copies are deleted, with a signed certificate.
Licensed for AI only
The licence permits training, evaluating and developing AI models, and nothing else. No public release, no resale or sublicensing of raw records, no re-identification, and no decisions about named individuals.
Exclusions written in
HR files, client-owned material, data customers put into your products, privileged material, health, payment and ID data, children's data, biometric data, export-controlled data, and passwords and other secrets are excluded in the licence.

Names and contact details are replaced with consistent placeholders. Amounts, dates and the order of events are kept, because that is what makes the records useful.
One counterparty. One price.
KetData acquires the licence and pays your company. You deal with us and nobody else. The price we agree is the price you receive. Nothing is listed anywhere, and no AI developer contacts you, your customers or your staff.
What we commit to
- A reply within 1 working day.
- We aim to give a guide price within 7 working days of the checklist.
- No fee at any stage, and nothing owed if a deal doesn't complete.
- Raw copies deleted within 30 days of delivery, with a signed certificate.
A realisation for the estate, completed before dissolution.
One counterparty, a fixed price, nothing to pay.
Questions owners ask first
Is this a sale of our data?
No. Your company grants a licence to use its records for AI training and keeps ownership.
What does it cost?
Nothing. KetData pays your company, on terms agreed in writing first.
Do we need to be closing down?
KetData pays companies for a licence to their work records. You don't need to be closing down: we work with companies that are trading, winding down or closed.
What about personal data?
Identifying details are removed by our specialist de-identification partner before any training, sensitive categories are excluded, and every licence forbids re-identification.
Does a licence affect our equity or debt?
No. A licence carries no equity and no debt. It doesn't touch your share register or create anything to repay.
Who sees our company's name?
Only the people at KetData handling your file. AI developers see a profile without your name, and learn it only after signing a non-disclosure agreement.
