How we value records
We value records on what makes them useful for training AI, not on volume:
- Depth of history: years of records in the tools.
- How records link: an email that became a ticket that became a code change is worth more than the same records apart.
- Reasoning captured: discussion, disagreement and resolution, not just finished outputs.
- Tools and sector: the number and mix of systems, and how in demand the sector is.
- Size and region: peak staff numbers and where the company is based.
A guide price is a range, not an offer. Our offer is made in writing after we review screenshots of your records.
