How we handle your data
What we do
- Nothing moves before an agreed licence. Our checklist asks for counts and screenshots only, with sensitive details blocked out: no exports, files or logins.
- Our specialist de-identification partner works first. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers and addresses are removed or replaced before KetData or any AI developer sees the records. Roles, dates, amounts and the work itself are kept.
- We review these screenshots before our firm offer.
- Only the people at KetData handling your file see your company's details. AI developers never see your company's name before signing a non-disclosure agreement.
- The licence is bounded. Defined systems, defined uses (training, evaluating and developing AI models only), exclusions written in.
- Raw copies are deleted within 30 days of delivery of the de-identified dataset, with a signed certificate; backups within 90 days.
What we don't do
- Your company is not listed anywhere.
- No contact with your customers or staff, by us or by any AI developer.
- No resale of raw records, and no use outside the licence.
- No fee to your company at any stage.
